Common questions

Straight answers, no marketing.

Does Cendavie fix incidents automatically?
No. Cendavie organizes signals and suggests context. The engineer on call makes every decision. We do not auto-remediate, auto-restart, or auto-deploy anything.
What data does Cendavie need access to?
Only what you explicitly connect — typically alert metadata from PagerDuty, log summaries from Datadog, or incident channel history from Slack. We do not scrape repositories, databases, or internal docs without explicit configuration.
Can we self-host?
Self-hosted deployment is on the roadmap. Early access customers can run Cendavie inside their own VPC with no external data egress. Contact us if this is a requirement.
How is this different from a SIEM or AIOps platform?
SIEMs collect everything. AIOps platforms try to predict everything. Cendavie does one thing: group the signals you already have into one readable incident timeline, then suggest the next check. No ML models trained on your data. No black-box predictions.
